Yuan Jen Enterprise (stock code: 1725.TW) is a Taiwan based petrochemical trading company that was founded in 1977 and is listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange in 2000. We have distinguished ourselves as the distributors for various major Taiwanese petrochemical companies such as the Formosa Group, with products ranging from industrial chemicals, plastic materials, resins, and solvents. Through 35 years of working in close conjunction with our upstream manufactures and downstream clients, we have established our industry leadership position with solid credibility and reliability in delivering excellence and providing dynamic and stable sourcing.

 

Aiming to deliver efficient operations and support business growth, we have established sales offices, large-scale warehouses, storage tanks, and repackaging equipment across Northern, Central, and Southern Taiwan, specifically in Taipei, Taichung, and Kaohsiung. In mainland China, we operate branches in Shanghai and Canton, as well as offshore storage facilities in Kunshan and Canton. Furthermore, we own a logistics and chemical tanker fleet to provide rapid and comprehensive distribution channels. With industry globalization, we have also extended our footprints to Thailand and Vietnam in recent years to satisfy customer needs, striving to become a diversified and international corporation

Business Philosophy

The Company was established on July 20, 1977, with an initial paid-in capital of NT$1 million. Through successive capital increases, the Company’s authorized capital currently stands at NT$2 billion, with paid-in capital of NT$1.8183 billion.

2023

Obtained GRS certification, implementing the Global Recycled Standard to ensure the entire production supply chain complies with requirements for environmental protection, labor rights, and chemical control.

2021

Acquired land and factory buildings in Luzhu District, Taoyuan, with renovations completed and operations launched, which will provide more stable warehousing and logistics; meanwhile, due to the expansion of overall scale, more goods can be stored to meet customers' one-stop shopping needs and alleviate the pressure on support from central and southern regions.

2020

To develop business in Vietnam and the Southeast Asian region, the Board of Directors resolved on January 14, 2020, to invest and establish a Vietnamese subsidiary—YUANJEN CHEMICAL (VN) CO., LTD., in order to increase operating locations and expand Southeast Asian business.

Obtained ISO9001 certification, introducing the quality management system model of the industry.

2017

To integrate operational resources and performance in the Guangzhou region, the Board of Directors resolved on March 10, 2017, to liquidate Yuanjen (Guangzhou) Company and authorized the Chairman to execute it. The liquidation was completed in fiscal year 2019.

2011

Following the model of the preceding item, planned and established "Yuanjen Chemical Trading (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd." to expand business in Mainland China.
Separately terminated the operations of "Yuanjen Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd."; the Shanghai business was consolidated under "Yuanjen Chemical Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd." to maximize operational synergies.

2007

The Board of Directors approved the adjustment of the investment structure in Mainland China, adding an indirect investment in Hong Kong (ENTRUST CHEMICAL COMPANY LIMITED), and changing the structure for Yuanjen Guangzhou and Yuanjen Chemical Shanghai to [Taiwan -> BVI -> Hong Kong -> Mainland China].

2006

Re-invested through YUANJEN HOLDINGS LIMITED to establish Yuanjen Chemical Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., maintaining a primary focus on developing the Mainland China market business.

2004

Leased land adjacent to Gangshan, Kaohsiung, and has already deployed it to expand operations

2003

Established YUAN JEN HOLDINGS LIMITED as an investment holding company. In October of the same year, **Yuan Jen Trading (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd.** was established, followed by the establishment of **Yuan Jen Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.** in January 2004, primarily to develop business opportunities in the China market.

2000

Acquired land in the Benzhou Industrial Park, Gangshan, Kaohsiung, and the factory construction was gradually completed for operations in 2001

1999

Participated in the establishment of Yuan-Xin Investment Co., Ltd., which became a 100% wholly-owned subsidiary in September 2004

1996

Received approval for public issuance in November 1996. The Company was officially listed on the OTC market on April 29, 1998, and was subsequently listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange on September 11, 2000.

1994

Completed a strategic merger with Chih-Ying Chemical Co., Ltd., acquiring a 1,400-ping distribution center in Taichung and a 1,500-ping distribution center in Kaohsiung.

1993

Converted the company's organizational structure from a "Limited Company" to a "Company Limited by Shares.

1985


Established the Taichung Office to oversee business operations in Central Taiwan, covering the area from Miaoli County to Chiayi County.

1981

Established the Kaohsiung Office to oversee business operations in Southern Taiwan, covering areas south of Tainan County. A 2,000-ping distribution center was also established in Linkou.
